Our History
It all started in 1986, Roy and his team began building quality homes appealing to all homebuyers and it’s a commitment that continues today. Since that time, Roy Yust has built over 1500 homes and developed over 15 communities in St. Charles County. You might have heard of some of these communities, lived in one of them, or have family or friends living in one of the following communities: Pegasus Farms, Amherst Estates, Whittington Place, Hickory Ridge, Fox Point Estates, Huntleigh Estates, Huntleigh Meadows, Glen Allen Estates, Chandler Place, Brighton Point, Avondale Heights, Savannah, Ellington Place, and Huntsdale
Roy’s Expertise and Talent were sought out by many other builders, he and his team developed many communities in St. Charles County including: Quail Ridge, Addison Park, Heritage Point, Pennial Park, Shadow Ridge, Albany, and Mason Glen.
